1. Find your gadget

Search for your phone, camera, iPod, sat nav or game console in the menu on the right.

2. Sign in or register

Then add your item(s) to your basket. And go to the checkout to place your order.

3. Get everything ready

Delete any personal data from your sim or memory card*. Take it out of your mobile phone, camera, sat nav or game console . Please charge your phone before you send it to us.

(If you send us any sim or memory cards by mistake, we can’t send them back. We’ll destroy them.)

4. Send it to us

Put it in an envelope with your order summary - post it for FREE. For high value items we recommend you send by
registered post.

5. Get paid fast

We’ll pay the money into your account within 10 working days. And we’ll carefully reuse or recycle your mobile phone, camera, sat nav or game console.
